IE 用 ( Windows Active X 版 ) のみ、バージョンが 0.0.000.006 あがります。 不具合 対応みたいです。
11.8.800.168 → 11.8.800.174 へ更新されてます。"09/13/2013" 付け。(現地時間)
Firefox その他用は 11.8.800.168 のままです。( Windows8 の IE10 用も 11.8.800.168 のまま。 )
version.xml も更新されています。
アーカイブページ も、11.8.800.174 まで掲載されてます。
AIR は Ver.3.8.0.1430 のままです。
もしかして同じ不具合が、新版の AIR や Shockwave にもあるんじゃないかなと勘ぐってみたり。

↑投稿した漢字コメの文字表示も正常だと思います。
手元では 11.8.800.168 でも 正常 だったんであんまり意味ないですが。
一応、リロードとかもやってみたんですが不具合は再現しないですね。あと Youtube さんほかでもテスト済み。
では、Street View ではどうでしょう、と云う事で。

↑ google.com だと見えるみたい。んー、よく分からないです。
入力データが Non-ASCII ( UTF-8 の漢字のコード領域? ) って事だけでなく、ロケールにも依存するのでしょうか？
