オプション扱いです。 Non-Security 。

なお Windows 10 [1909] には、同様に KB5001566 が来ています。

特定のプリンター使用時に BSoD する不具合への対応。

いや、 KB5001028 ( Windows 10 [1909] Wi-Fi WPA3 の不具合で BSoD ) の件から 2カ月連続で Out-of-band な更新ですね。

影響を受けていないので放置。

来週 ( 今週末? ) にも更新が来るみたいです。
