スターターのゼンマイバネが弱くなって、スターター紐を巻き取らなくなってしまいました。

と云う事で、バネだけ交換します。

※ 上で伸びているのが取り外した古いゼンマイバネ。

※ 外したネジ 4 本の周りにあるのはゼンマイ出荷時の留め具。

※ 黒いガードを固定するネジ 3本の内、写真上部の 1本でバネの端を固定。

※ スターターを組み戻す。バネの端は写真の下側。(スターター紐の反対側。)

※ たぶん 177220-35430 がパーツ番号。税込み 950円也。

GC302 の後継機種は GC351 あたりのハズ。

2020 年現在、 GC351 は、ホームセンターとかでだいたい 3万円くらい。

GC302 はオークションで 1万円くらい。

もう 10 年くらい使ってますが。

950 円で復活するなら、半日作業した価値もあったかと。

ところで、バネの部品はまだ購入出来るし、部品組み上げ後の機械の状態も分かっているのですが。

作業工程が分からなかったのですね。ちょっと試行錯誤しました。

腕が 3 本くらい欲しい感じでした。 (w

結局、緩めたバネをプーリーに巻き取っていって、最後にバネの外側 ( 端 ) をネジ固定、です。

最初にバネの端を固定してしまうと、バネの巻き取りがうまくいかないので。

工具は手袋とネジ回しのみ。 ( ネジの締付に + ドライバー、バネの固定に - ドライバー )

プーリー中心の固定ネジを、どの程度締め付けるか、がポイント。

最初は緩く止めて、バネ巻き取りの途中で順次締め付けていきます。

締めすぎるとゼンマイバネがプーリーのガイドから外れてうまく巻き取れず。

締めが足りないとプーリーが逆回転してバネが緩み、巻き取り出来ず。

バネの巻き取り完了後にバネ端を黒いガードの固定ネジに固定したら。

再度プーリー固定ネジを少しだけ緩めて、プーリーの締め付け具合を調整します。

ここで緩めないと、プーリーが回転しないし、スターター紐も巻き戻りません。

スムーズにプーリーが回転するようになったら、バネをいっぱいまで巻いておいて。

その後、バネを緩めながらスターター紐をプーリーに巻き付けていきます。

(これでスターター紐を全て引き延ばすと、バネがいっぱいまで巻かれる状態に。)

なお、バネ端を固定するネジは候補が 3 本ありますが。

うまく固定できるのは 1 本だけ。

あと、バネを巻いた状態にした後にそれをプーリーに組み込むには、それなりの工具が無いと無理ですね。

SIM カードの清掃 2020

出先で作業中、急にタブレットが再起動しました。

その後 SIM カードを認識しなくなってしまいました。

SIM カード差し直してもダメで、ちょっと焦りました。

帰宅後、SIM カードをプロピルアルコール清拭して、エアブロアーで吹いてやります。

SIM カードスロットもブロアーします。

で、復活しました。スロットの故障で無くて良かったです。

※ 翌日 2020/08/17 15:06 、39.0 ℃ 。 1 時間前なら 40 ℃ くらいあったかも。

場所は家の東側やや北向きの軒下で、高さは地面から 1.3 m くらい。

日陰ですが、下はコンクリート。

風はよく通るので湿度は低いのですが、この暑さには参ります。
